Whatu Muka | Raranga and Uku Tangata Pop Up Shop

Purapura Whetū, in collaboration with Life in Vacant Spaces, presents Whatu Muka, a two week pop up shop showcasing raranga and uku tangata at the LiVS Incubator.

Running from 10 to 21 March, this project brings together artists sharing taonga that reflect whakapapa, whenua, and contemporary Māori expression. The pop up offers an opportunity to engage directly with makers and explore the stories held within their work.

Works available for purchase include weaving, kākahu, earrings, taonga puoro, poi and uku.
